The facilities include

Melting

Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnaces (500 Kgs., 1,000 Kgs., and 3,000 Kgs.,). Spectrometer for online composition checking.

Moulding

Equipped with machine moulding and hand moulding facilities. We make the moulds and cores by crushed quartz sand. We are also using ZIRCON & OLIVINE SAND, wherever necessary. Moulding sand is prepared in rapid sand mullers.

Core Shop

Cores are made by Co2 & No-Bake process. Shell core making facilities are also being installed. Core Sand is prepared in a 200 Kgs. capacity core sand mixer.

Well equipped to make wooden, metallic and resine patterns, with trained technicians to close dimensional tolerances.
