AISHU CASTINGS PVT. LTD., is an alloy steel castings foundry with an installed capacity of 3,600 metric tonnes, promoted by Mr. B. Krishnaiah, M.E., a Technocrat. AISHU CASTINGS is an associate company of Rs 250 crores turnover group, B. Seenaiah & Company (Projects) Limited. The company has 2.5 acres of land with built up area of 3,000 sq. ft.

The organisation has a strong technical base with the able support of Diploma and Graduate Engineers in Metallurgical & Mechanical Engineering coupled with dedicated and trained work force. The company is headed by a Managing Director, a Post Graduate from IIT Madras, with a vast experience in the operation of medium scale production organisation. He has specialised experience in Design, Production, Quality Control and Finance Management.

The unit is looked after by a Graduate in Metallurgical Engineering, with a practical foundry experience of over 27 years. He has served many reputed foundries manufacturing SG Iron, Steel and Alloy Steel castings in various responsible and senior positions. The company is poised for expansion to an installed capacity of 5,000 metric tonnes per annum. We have planned expansion to make single piece casting upto 3 tonnes.

Quality Objectives

The Company is committed for Quality Production with laid down procedures from inception to the final operation. A strong sense of commitment to quality has been inculcated in all stages of manufacture and is carried out at every stage such as Raw Materials, Patterns, Melting, Moulding, Heat Treatment, Fettling, Testing, Gauging etc. Predetermined charge is put into the furnace and chemistry is checked before pouring metal into moulds.

	Metal Temperature	Checked by Optical and Immersion Thermocouple Pyrometers.
	Chemical Analysis	Equipped with a Spectro Meter to analyse C, Si, Mn., S, P, Cr, Ni, Mo and 12 more other elements.
	Sand Testing	Equipped to test Green Compression Strength, Permeability, Moisture, Mould Hardness, Core Hardness, Sieve Analysis etc.
	Metallography	Equipped with Metallurgical Microscope and Accessories.
	Physical Testing	Equipped with 20T UTM approved by LLOYDS, Poldi Hardness Tester, 3,000 Kg/10mm dia ball BHN Tester, Impact Testing Machine, etc.
	Measuring Instruments	Height Gauges, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Scales etc.
